Welcome to Model Horse Shop! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Model Horse Shop. Model Horse Shop operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (hereinafter the "Services"). These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our Services.
1. Access and account
You declare that you are of the age of majority in your country of residence.
To use our Services, you may be asked to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information (address, email, payment...).
You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity carried out through it. It is forbidden to transfer or sell your account to a third party.
2. Our porducts
We mainly sell: plastic or resin figurines, tube or bomb paints, fabrics, leather, model making accessories, finished creations and virtual gift cards.
Certain products are subject to restrictions and regulations (aerosols, limited or special products, second-hand products, finished creations): these products are not exchangeable.
The images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only; colors or aspects may vary depending on your screen.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Model Horse Shop may accept or decline an order at its discretion.
An order is accepted once the payment has been validated and confirmation sent by email.
You are responsible for checking your order before submitting it. Cancellations are not always possible after confirmation.
Purchases are for personal use, not resale.
4. Price and invoicing
Prices shown include VAT, but exclude any delivery charges and import duties.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is that at the time of order.
You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver mainly in France and the European Union, with possibility of international shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and are beyond the responsibility of Model Horse Shop (carrier, customs, external events).
The risk and ownership of the products are transferred to you as soon as they are handed over to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are possible within a minimum legal period of 14 days from receipt, according to our refund policy.
Are excluded from exchanges and returns: finished creations, special or limited models, second-hand products and products subject to regulations.
7. Intellectual property
All the contents of the site (images, texts, videos, trademarks, logos, designs) are protected by law.
You may use the Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Use of the services
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal or malicious purposes.
- Send viruses, spam, malware or collect the personal data of others.
- Bypass site security measures.
9. Limitation of liability
Model Horse Shop and Shopify shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or any other harm in connection with the use of the Services.

The store is powered by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with Model Horse Shop.
Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or purchases on our site.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the use of the Services shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Model Horse Shop – 49 rue Fernand Jaffiol, 10150 Pont-Sainte-Marie.
14. Modifications des Conditions
Model Horse Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Changes are posted on the site and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
