Shipping Policy – Model Horse Shop

Order processing
All orders with products in stock are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is shipped.

Specific products
Certain products offered in the shop, such as paints, glues, solvents or aerosols, may present risks of flammability, irritation or toxicity.

These products are supplied with their regulatory labeling and have a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) available upon request.

The buyer agrees to use it in accordance with the precautions indicated by the manufacturer.

The sale of these products is reserved for adults (+18 years).

Some delivery methods may be unavailable for these products: they will be shipped only via authorized home carriers.

Shipping times
The following deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier:

France: 2 to 5 working days

Europe: 3 to 7 working days

Rest of the world: 5 to 12 working days

Shipping and liability

All packages are sent via reliable and traceable carriers.

Model Horse Shop is not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to verify that the delivery address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

Undeliverable orders or returned due to incorrect address will not be subject to restocking fees.

Lost or stolen packages
If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier and our services for assistance.

Import duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order.

Order tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
