Terms and conditions of sale between individuals

This section allows individuals to offer model-making related items, giving them a second life within a community of enthusiasts.

Each item is carefully selected to guarantee the quality of the store.

Seller status

Sales are reserved for individuals:

• of legal age (18 or older)
• acting occasionally
• non-professionals

Any regular activity or activity considered professional must be carried out under a declared status.

How it works

1. The seller offers one or more items via the form
2. The store reviews the request
3. If accepted, you will receive an email to inform you of its validation, then the item is put up for sale
4. Once sold, the seller is paid according to the conditions below

The store reserves the right to refuse any item without justification.

Listing an item for sale does not guarantee its sale.

Sales methods

Two options are available:

Shipping by seller

• The seller retains their item
• They commit to shipping the item within a reasonable timeframe after order validation
• They are responsible for packaging and shipping
• The store can provide a shipping label to facilitate logistics management and order tracking. Shipments will then be made in the name of the store, even when the package is prepared by the seller.

Consignment (stock at the store)

• The seller sends their item to the store
• The store manages:
  • storage
  • preparation
  • shipping
  • customer service

Shipping costs to the store are the responsibility of the seller, unless otherwise agreed.

Receipt of items (consignment)

The seller is responsible for the condition of the item until it is received.

Any item:

• damaged
• poorly packaged
• non-compliant

may be refused.

Any return costs remain the responsibility of the seller.

Commission

A commission is applied to the total amount of items belonging to the seller in the same order:

• 0 to 10 € → 1 € fixed
• 10 to 30 € → 15%
• 30 € and + → 12%

No hidden fees.

Payment

The store collects payments from customers.

The seller is paid:

• after order validation
• and after actual receipt of funds

The amount paid to the seller corresponds to the selling price of the item, minus the applicable commission.
Delivery fees are used to cover the shipping costs related to the order.

The payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) is defined by email.

Returns and disputes

In case of a problem:

• the store manages customer relations
• responsibilities are determined according to the origin of the problem

Example:

• non-compliant product → seller responsibility
• logistics problem → store responsibility

Item withdrawal

The seller can request to retrieve their item at any time, as long as no order is pending.

• The request must be made in writing (email)
• Return costs are the responsibility of the seller
• The store reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time.

Responsibility

The seller is responsible for:

• the description of their item
• its authenticity
• its condition

Items must comply and not violate the law (counterfeiting, prohibited products, etc.).

Prohibitions

It is strictly forbidden to:

• sell professionally without status
• offer counterfeits
• offer unauthorized items

Personal data

Collected information is used solely for the management of sales and is only transmitted to the services necessary for order processing (payment, delivery, etc.).
